  1. Who is your US Partner and how to contact them?

  2. Any minimum order requires?

    Not at all! You may order even 1 fish to be delivered to your home / store!   

  3. After all the handling and shipping costs involved all the way from Malaysia to my home / store, will the pricing be expensive?

    Surprisingly NOT AT ALL! Here are the reasons:


    i) Even if your order is small, it can be combined with others to make a large shipment. The airlines give special rates for larger shipment, which is normally cheaper by at least 60% on air freight. You save 60% on air freight now.

    ii) You don't have to bear the one-time shipping documents charges (US$45/shipment). You save more on the shipping cost.

    iii) Your payment is made locally to Aquatic Wonderland in the US. You will save on the overseas currency conversion, and banking wire fees.

    iv) Your fish price already includes:
    -shipping cost from Malaysia to TX
    -import taxes and fees-actual local shipping cost via Overnight Shipping companies to your door
    -materials / packagings cost-heat pad
    -handling fees

  4. What is the order procedure?

    i) Simply email to aquaticwonderland and psga, specify the fish code, (we refer to the fish codes. For those without coding, please write the generic name assigned by us, for eg., Grade-A Bubble Head Flower Horn;
    ii) The sizes, and quantities;
    iii) Your contact phone numbers; and email address;
    iv) Your home / store address.
    Please provide your full details, as we couldn't response in full if your information is not complete

  5. What are your payment methods?

    Pay-in-advance direct to our US partner through either one of the below methods:

    i) Paypal
    ii) Mastercard / Visa
    iii) Money Order or Cashier Check to the name and address as followed:

  6. After payment, how long do I have to wait before I can expect my fish?

    We ship our orders to US every second week of the month. Once the shipment arrives, the fishes will need to rest for a few days before reshipment. Prior arrangement should be made on which date for you to receive your fishes.
  7. How about the DOA (fish Death on Arrival) policy?

    We guarantee 100% live delivery to your doorstep. In case of DOA, please contact our US partner by phone or via email within 2 hours of arrival. An email with a picture of the fish with the fins cut off is required within 2 hours of arrival. Refund or replacement is subjected to our verification.
    There will be no refund on shipping charges. 

    Although all our pa
    cking is made for the journey at 24 hours more than the estimated duration, we cannot guarantee on DOA due to flight delay, mishandling, or any mishap caused by the shipping companies
